About Us

My husband and I live on a 72 acre farm in southeast Ohio, along with our children and three dogs. We are blessed with two Bernedoodles (Koda and JoJo) and a Great Dane (Annie). We have always been a home with dogs, but they have traditionally been Saint Bernards and Great Danes. That is…until our first Bernedoodle, Koda, came along. She was the sweetest, most adorable and loving little girl. She fit right in with our two danes at the time. Later that year we tragically lost our two Great Danes (Lily and Oliver) one to heart enlargement and one to cancer. After the loss of our danes, Koda was completely lost and depressed. So, we set our hearts on another Bernedoodle (JoJo). JoJo came into our life at a time of great sadness, but she has brought so much joy and love into our lives. JoJo has an amazing temperament, her calm demeanor and attentive, loving, kind and gentle soul is just what we (and Koda) needed.

After careful consideration and many requests by strangers who met and fell in love with JoJo at first sight, we began our breeding journey in 2024 with JoJo. We wanted to ensure our Bernedoodles are bred with a focus on health and temperament, blending the Bernese Mountain Dog’s affectionate, easygoing nature with the Poodle’s intelligence and hypoallergenic coat. By combining these traits, we aim to enhance the qualities that make our Bernedoodles ideal family pets, ensuring they bring joy and companionship to their new homes.

So, why did we name this endeavor “Faithful Heart Bernedoodles”? Because, our first priority in life is to be faithful to God. The One that created us, died for us, saved us, forgave us, provides for us, protects us, and has blessed us beyond measure…all because He loves us. With that as the foundation of who we are, we strive to serve Him and bring honor to Him in all that we do.

How Do We Raise Our Puppies?

Our puppies are raised in our home with constant care, love and attention. We believe Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) is key to providing you with a well adjusted family member from the day one. We begin on day 3 with ENS to enhance each puppies’ potential response to their environment as they grow. We expose them to a variety of surfaces, sounds, and interactions with people throughout their time in our home. Additionally, we start potty training early on to help give you a head start when they move to their new homes. This comprehensive approach helps ensure that our puppies are well-adjusted, adaptable, and ready to become wonderful family members.
